Porphyry tiles with Natural Surface and Split Sides have two natural surfaces and free lengths, thickness are variable, and sides are split. Their natural anti-slip surface is ideal for outdoor paving. Using appropriate sizes and thickness, they can be used in heavy traffic areas. Colour is mix, or can be selected in mix red or mix grey.

Porphyry tiles with Natural Surface and Sawn Sides have two natural surfaces and free lengths, thickness is variable, and sides are sawn. The regularity of the cuts allows to place the tiles with minimum gaps. It is suitable for outdoor areas thanks to its natural anti-slip surface. Colour is mix, or mix red or mix grey.

Porphyry tiles with worked surface, that is with Flamed or Brushed or Honed or Polished surface, are sawn from massive blocks ( Discover the difference between Porphyry with natural surface from quarries in layers and Porphyry with worked surface from massive blocks ). Porphyry tiles sawn from massive blocks have uniform thickness and colour can be selected or multicolor (mix). Thanks to the constant thickness, installation is fast and easy.
Flamed surface is produced heating up porphyry, in this way quartz pop, brightening in a natural way the colour of Porphyry and forming a rough anti-slip surface. Porphyry with flamed surface is suitable for outdoor floors, in areas with pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
Brushed Porphyry is soft to the touch, and are obtained by applying metal brushes to the stone surface, giving it a look similar to that of leather. They are easy to maintain by cleaning. Brushed Porhyry is ideal for barefoot walking, suitable for indoor areas or pool decks.
